Kelpie Castle Falls

Photomanipulation combining the ruins of Duffus Castle in Scotland (UK), and a long exposure photo of Foss a Sidu waterfall in the Southern region of Iceland. Processed with a blend of sepia & muted orange colors for a more aged, yet surreal appearance. Title inspired by the kelpie as a water spirit in Scottish legends, commonly portrayed as a horse like creature. In turn complementing the horsetail shape of the waterfall, all the while feeding my continued fascination with legends & fantasy.
