Hey guys, today I have a great selection of new textures that I want to share with you. This set includes 7 high res black and white plywood textures from barricaded windows in an old building. The textures have a lot of great details, different contrast areas, lines and borders that you can use for your designs.

At around 15-20Mb per image, you can use them for high resolution prints and posters. Scaled down they are also great for website and app backgrounds. Wood textures are great to use as overlays as well, just experiment with them to create worn and abstract effects on your photographs.

I hope these come to good use, please let me know if you have any special requests. Have a great weekend!

  • Thank you so much for the terrific B&W plywood studies. What a great study in tone values. I always seem to have LOTS of mid-tones in my compositions, but either lack the white or black ends of the scale. Thanks for reminding us to consider the beauty the elegance of paring the scene down to just tonal values and to see what’s to be seen there.I’ve found that if the composition doesn’t work in tones, then it’s probably not going to work when color is added.

  • Avesome! Thank you
