Yes folks - the age of Remote Aerial Video and Photography is here! With the advent of tiny, lightweight A/V equipment it's now possible to do your own aerial photo and video work. Electric Radio Control Aircraft are now available that can easily carry your digital camera and/or Mini DV video camera aloft for spectacular new perspectives in the visual arts. I get 12-15 minute flights with my plane. I've used both video camera (Sony mini DV) and digital still camera (Canon SD500) with great success. Samples of both were used to create this video, shot around Fort Collins, Colorado and Bear Lake, Idaho.
