Glenis, feeling betrayed, is driven to passionate, furious and artistic revenge using Super-8 film-making equipment as tools and weapons.We pulled our old Super-8 cameras and equipment out of storage to do our 1980s thing again... Yes! This really is shot with Super-8, along with some digital animation. Lots of parody targets - you can play "spot the reference". We also poke fun at any passionate obsession with technical points of difference eg the Film vs Video rivalry, the PC vs Mac rivalry, the Ford vs Chevy rivalry."Love .." is a "silent movie" - look for a little something extra in our approach to silent movie speech intertitles.Premiered in Nov 2007 at the "Asheville Rejects Film Festival", for which it was well-qualified having been rejected by heaps of other film festivals.
