Doublecast a spell that heals (bringing the Moogle out of critical state) and a second spell that damages (bringing the Moogle back into critical state), thus activating Critical: Quicken.4. repeat steps 2-4.Edit: In case you are wondering why a Venus Blade is used, the Venus Blade is the best item that grants an absorption status for this loop. It grants elemental absorption without Evasion and Resistance bonuses. Evasion is hindering when you expect summons to hit, and resistance makes it harder to put the Moogle in critical state in the first place.
