A batch of new photos by Christian Taylor Hauschild, Swat Ka So and Heather Elaine Kitchen have been added to the gallery.

Life is back to normal for most of us, I hope you all had a great time over the hollidays.

The stock photo gallery has been updated with a handfull of new images from Osama Hasan Khan and Swat Ka So. Click their names to view the images. Im already planning the next contest. All I can say is that it will be a themed contest, and a lot shorter than the last one. More about that later on.

Stockvault wishes you a merry christmas and a happy new year. Thanks for the huge support, visits and submissions in 2006, I couldnt have done this without you. Stockvault has grown a lot in the past year, and my plans are to make it even bigger and better in 2007. Take it easy over the hollidays, and enjoy your family and friends. I will be flying to Iceland for the hollidays with my misses, and wont be back until January 4th 2007.

All the images are now added to the contest gallery, and the final number of entries is no less than 3,118 photos. Im very pleased with the overall quality and amount of entries you guys have submitted, and it’s going to be a very hard process finding the winner. I’ve already started going through the images and to select the winner I have enlisted the following guest-judges to help me out with this big task.

We are no longer accepting entries for the Best Stock Photo Of 2006 contest.  There are still over 300 images awaiting moderation, which will be added to the contest in the coming days. The winner will be announced on December 17th, one week from now.
