May 16th, 2011 Normally, lens flares are the bane of photographers. They create unexpected and generally unwanted artifacts in photographys, and they also make it more difficult to create a balanced composition and brightness. But, lens flares can also be used for creative effects, such as ways to draw the eye, or create interesting focal points, or glimmering reflections.
