The blog is back online
After the new version got online back in March, I never got around to redesign the blog. Sorry about the long time it took, but since the new version had an integrated news system, I didn’t feel like rushing it.
Anyhow, I really felt the need to bring the blog to live again, since a lot of things have happened this summer. The new gallery system is doing well, and the plan is to run a new update before October. There wont be any dramatic changes to the front end of the site, but on the other hand some big changes on the back-end. Which will make updating and moderation of the gallery run more smoothly for future submissions. Our Google AdSense revenue system is now open to photographers that have submitted 50 images or more. Hopefully this will earn you a few bucks for placing your images on the site. Read more about the Revenue Sharing System here.
I hope you guys will participate more in future discussions, and even post a few comments, tips and that sort of things.
With the new version of stockvault well on its way, we have already been running a few database migration tests to be sure that everything will run smoothly when we migrate all the images and info over to the new database. Im still working on a lot of the pages, but the main gallery is almost ready. Im planning on launching the new site this month, if everything goes as planned.
