David: Yes, I’m fully aware that many contestants are selling their images on multiple sites. If they choose to submit their photos here at stockvault.net, they know that visitors can download them for free. So the bottom line is; Yes, the stock is free under stockvault’s terms of use. If you want to use these images commercially, go buy them.
