Cutting our losses, getting back on track

I have removed all the dead files from the gallery and restored everything I could. The contest is back online, but unfortunately all the previous entries were lost. I hope you guys will submit your images again and help me to get the site and contest back on track. I apologize for these problems, but as you might know, they were totally out of my hands. We have to cut our losses and focus on the future with a positive attitude.

Nice to see that you are not letting this get to you. These things happen. I just did a server move and I was petrified until it was over (servers are evil )
I am sure everything will be just fine with the site and the contest.

Thanks Dimitris. Yeah, I know… last few days have been hard, and Im still very pissed at my host for making this mistake. The worst thing is that I can not contact the photographers that submitted their entries before, because all their contact info was lost too.
We’ll see how this goes.
