To avoid any misunderstanding…

I just want to make this crystal clear, once for all:

“All the images submitted to the Best Stock Photo Of 2006 contest are and will be viewable & downloadable for the visitors of stockvault.net” - This is clearly stated in the contest terms and conditions which all submitters have to agree on when they upload their images. If you don’t want people to be able to download and use your images (according to the sites terms of use, of course), please do not submit your images to the contest.

Yes, the owner of the image has full copyright of his own work.
But by submitting it to the contest, the photographer has to agree that all users can view, download and use the image under stockvault.net terms of use.
