"The primary focus of the new corporate website was to promote Flagler-Whitehall the developer," said Elizabeth Guerrero, Intra-Focus Account Manager for the project. "The secondary objective was to promote their current projects and to offer a place for customers to find out more about those projects and request additional information. Overall, they wanted to use the website to create a corporate branding for themselves."
Choosing different shades of blue and brown, the end-user is immediately reminded of the magnificent Florida beaches one might find just a few miles from the corporate office. Particular care was taken to the photography that was placed on the site, blending ocean shots, local landmarks, project photographs and business professionals. Flagler-Whitehall succeeded in reflecting their stellar reputation with the laid-back Florida attitude.
The site is logically broken down with an easy to understand menu: About Us, Our Philosophy, Commercial, Residential, Past Projects and Contact Us. Of particular interest to current and future clientele, you can find out more about two of their current developments, Flagler-Whitehall Professional Center and Las Puertas de Anastasia, including amenities and floor plans. As new properties are developed in the future, they will be added to the site; thus keeping their clients well informed of upcoming opportunities.
The site is definitely a coup in design and usability and sure to be one of the most outstanding websites in the development community.
