Build A Site Tips

Article by Tem Balanco - September 16, 2008

When you have a passion about a particular subject you should have a voice against it and make your voice be heard. If you are sitting in the side lines listening and agreeing with other protesters, it is time to get in the lead and make your voice known all over the world. One of the best ways to do this is through posting your beliefs on a public portal or website so millions of fans can hear your voice.

You may be wondering why I am advising you to build a site to post your grievance when you can do that easily on any public portal. Indeed you can post your grievance on a public forum but that would loose significance after some time and may get deleted.

Conversely, if you build a site of your own and then put a grievance on it, you may rest assured that this posting will stay on the web for as long as you like. This also guarantees the ease of moderating the protest since you are the owner of the website.

When you build a site in order to post a grievance, you may opt to describe the grievance in text or in the form of text along with more media, like videos and pictures. The site design will let you post the grievance in many forms.

The design of your site should allow for additional features. You can have a section of your site that allows others with experiences like yours to post them. This will increase the validity of your protest. You can even include such things as comments, voting, or online petition signing. The more petitioners that you get on your site the more visible your site will be on search engines.

If you would like to build a site to express your objection to a particular social indignation, it is wise to design the site in a manner which reflects the cause you are protesting. By designing your site to mirror your cause, visitors can understand the context of your agitation before they begin reading. By including code snippets for banners, visitors who take heart in your activity can show their solidarity on their own website or social network.

If you begrudge someone for his wrongdoing, you should protest and spread the word far and wide through the Internet. Since you cannot control public websites, you are advised to build a site to let people know about your grievance. Being the site owner, you can keep a specific posting active forever.
